At City Central Dental, the wellbeing of our patients, our staff, and the community as a whole is paramount to our role as healthcare providers. We have listed below a few of the measures that we are taking to minimise our risk of exposure Covid-19, most of which are part of our standard procedures:

  • Our reception area has be re-arranged to minimise patient-to-patient exposure, with antimicrobial hand sanitisers available upon entry;
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eyewear, surgical masks, and gloves, to be disposed of after each patient;
  • Meticulous cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and instruments in the clinic between patients;
  • A comprehensive check of each patient’s social and medical history to identify those who are at greater risk.

As the current situation with COVID-19 develops, we are regularly updating our protocols in correspondence with guidelines from SA Health and the Australian Dental Association.

If you have an appointment scheduled, or would like to make a booking, we ask that you contact us to reschedule if you:

  • Have arrived in Australia from overseas within the last 14 days;
  • Have arrived from interstate within the last 7 days;
  • Have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19;
  • Are feeling unwell with a fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, OR a cough.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation in this difficult time.
